Build
- An Apps Script pipeline pulls each invoice from Gmail, reads it with an AI model into structured line items with a confidence score per field, and writes them to per-supplier tabs.
- A master price list is consolidated every day with supplier discount rules applied.
- Low-confidence lines go to a review tab for a person, and every run has duplicate checks, a run log and an alert to a named person.
