Privacy Policy

Evenops is an AI and automation agency. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our site or contact us, and how we use it.

We only collect information you choose to share. When you submit our contact form, that means your name, email, sector, the message you write, and any optional details you add (phone, company, or budget). If you leave your email in the site chat or sign up for updates on a report page, it means that email address. When you book a consultation or email us, it means whatever details you include. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

To respond to your enquiry, schedule and run consultations, deliver projects, and keep in touch about work you have asked us to do. Consultations are arranged through our contact form. When you submit it, your details go to a server function we run on Vercel, our hosting provider. That function checks the hCaptcha result, then uses Brevo, an email delivery service, to send your enquiry to our inbox and a one-off confirmation email to you. It does not store your submission in a database. An email left in the site chat goes through the same function and reaches our inbox the same way. Our forms are protected from spam by hCaptcha, which loads only when you start filling in a form and processes limited technical data (such as your IP address and browser details). Vercel, Brevo and hCaptcha each handle data under their own privacy policies. We use your details only to reply and do the work you have asked for.

Some pages let you subscribe to field notes, or ask for a tool result or plan to be emailed to you. When you do, your email address (and, for a tool, a short summary of the answers you entered) is sent to a server function we run on Vercel. After the hCaptcha check, it adds you to a list in Brevo, our email service, using double opt-in: Brevo emails you a confirmation link, and you are only added to the list once you click it. Every email we send you from a list has an unsubscribe link, and you can also write to us and we will remove you. We use these details only to send what you asked for.

We use Google Analytics 4, and no other analytics, to understand which pages are read and where visitors come from. When you arrive, the site asks our hosting provider which country you are visiting from; the answer is used only to decide whether to show the cookie banner and is not stored. If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK, or Switzerland, or if your country cannot be determined, Google Analytics runs only after you accept it via the cookie banner; until then nothing from Google loads and no tracking cookies are set. Elsewhere it runs on the basis of this notice. In both cases, declining or withdrawing stops collection immediately. IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4, and we do not use Google Signals or advertising features. The only data this site keeps on your device without consent is functional storage: your theme preference (light/dark) and your cookie-consent choice. Other third-party services are involved only when you actively send us something, as described above.

When analytics is allowed, the site also remembers for the length of your visit how you first arrived (the campaign tags in the link, the referring site, and the first page you landed on). If you then send an enquiry, those details are attached to it so we know which channels bring people to us. They are kept in your browser only for that visit and are cleared if you withdraw consent.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time: Cookie settings reopens the consent banner.

You can ask us what data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Just email us and we will action it promptly.
