Who we are

Evenops is an AI and automation agency. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our site or contact us, and how we use it.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to share. When you submit our contact form, that means your name, email, sector, the message you write, and any optional details you add (phone, company, budget, or a file you attach). When you book a consultation or email us, it means whatever details you include. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, schedule and run consultations, deliver projects, and keep in touch about work you have asked us to do. Contact-form submissions are delivered to us by Web3Forms, and consultations are arranged through our contact form; this is a third-party service with its own privacy policy. Our forms are protected from spam by hCaptcha, which loads only when you start filling in a form and processes limited technical data (such as your IP address and browser details) under its own privacy policy. We use your details only to reply and do the work you have asked for.

Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and where visitors come from. If you are visiting from the EU, UK, or Switzerland, it runs only after you accept it via the cookie banner; until then nothing from Google loads and no tracking cookies are set. Elsewhere it runs on the basis of this notice. In both cases, declining or withdrawing stops collection immediately. IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4, and we do not use Google Signals or advertising features. The only data this site keeps on your device without consent is functional storage: your theme preference (light/dark) and your cookie-consent choice. Other third-party services are involved only when you actively send us something (for example, submitting the contact form or leaving your email in the chat, which is verified by hCaptcha and delivered via Web3Forms as described above).

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time: Cookie settings reopens the consent banner.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Just email us and we will action it promptly.
