Terms of Service

Using this site

This website is provided for information about Evenops and our services. Content here is for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer until we agree a scope of work together.

Consultations

Paid consultations are booked through our scheduling page. You receive the agreed session plus any deliverables described at booking. If you go on to start a project with us, the consultation fee is credited toward your first invoice.

Projects & ownership

Project scope, pricing, and timelines are agreed in writing before work begins. On full payment, you own the delivered source code and assets, as set out in your project agreement. We retain the right to describe the work in anonymized form unless you ask us not to.

Trademarks

EVENOPS™ is a trademark of Evenops, with registration applications pending in India. The Evenops name and mark may not be used to describe other products or services without written permission.

Confidentiality

We treat your business information as confidential and will sign a mutual NDA on request before discussing sensitive details.

Liability

We deliver work with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the work in question. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
