Google Apps Script, built properly.
Automation inside the Google Workspace you already pay for. No new subscriptions, and the code is yours.
We build Google Apps Script automations for Gmail, Sheets, Drive, Forms and Calendar: the repeat work your team does by hand, running on a schedule or a trigger inside your own account. Each written scope includes checks, a run log, alerts and a runbook, and you own the code.

What we build
Gmail to Sheets and Drive
Invoices, enquiries and attachments filed where your team already works, once each, with a log.
Recipe: Gmail invoices to SheetsAttachments sorted by sender
Files saved to the right Drive folder automatically, named consistently.
Recipe: attachments to Drive by senderInbox to work queue
Enquiries land in a Sheet queue with an owner and a status, not in someone's memory.

A request goes in, the right approver is chosen, the decision is recorded and chased if nobody answers.
Case study: leave requestsScheduled reports and web apps
Reports on a timer, and small internal web apps over your Sheets for people who should not edit the Sheet.

Your CRM, accounting or ecommerce tool talking to Sheets, with retries and an alert when something fails.
Tell us the integrationEvery written scope includes
- Checks on what comes in, so bad data stops at the door
- A run log you can read without opening the code
- Alerts to a named person when a run fails
- A short runbook for whoever looks after it next
- The code in your account, not ours
- A walkthrough at handover
How an engagement runs
Four steps: audit the manual work, write a plain-English scope you approve before any code, build and test in short working increments, then deploy with monitoring and hand over. Your account, your keys, from day one. The full method is on the process page.

Read the case studyThe honest limits
- Each run is capped at six minutes. Long jobs have to be split and resumed, which we design for from the start.
- Daily quotas apply per user: email recipients, URL fetches and total trigger runtime. Heavy mailing or API traffic can hit them.
- It is not built for high concurrency or sub-second responses. A public app with many simultaneous users belongs on proper hosting.
- Someone has to own the code. It is yours, but a change still needs a developer, us or yours.
Limits per Google's quotas page, checked 11/10/2026; Google can change them. Check your own workload with the quota planner. Not sure Apps Script is the right home? Read Apps Script vs SaaS tools and Workspace Studio vs Apps Script vs AppSheet.
Common questions
- Do I need any new software or subscriptions?
- No platform from us. The automation runs inside your own Google account, using Gmail, Sheets, Drive and the rest of what you already use. If a build needs an outside service, such as an invoice-reading API, we say so in the written scope before you approve it.
- Who owns the code?
- You do. Every script is deployed to your Google Workspace, with the keys in your name, and we hand over a runbook and a walkthrough. Another developer can pick it up without us.
- What happens when a script fails at 2am?
- Your written scope covers it: the failure goes to a run log and alerts a named person, and runs are built to be repeated safely, so a retry does not file the same invoice twice.
- How do you stay inside Google's limits?
- We plan against Google's published quotas before building. For example, Google's page lists a six-minute limit per run and 6 hours of trigger runtime per day on Workspace accounts (checked 11/10/2026). Our free quota planner shows your workload against the same numbers.
- When is Apps Script the wrong tool?
- When you need heavy compute, many simultaneous users, or sub-second responses, or when a vendor template already covers the job end to end. We will tell you plainly and point you to a better-fitting option.
- How long does a build take?
- The written scope states the timeline before you approve it, so you know it before any build starts.
