Your plan against Google's limits
Everything is comfortably inside the limits for this workload.
Time per run
Fine
20 of 360 sec per run (5.6%)
Trigger runtime per day
Fine
32 of 360 min per day (8.9%)
URL Fetch calls per day
Fine
480 of 100,000 calls per day (0.5%)
Email recipients per day
Fine
100 of 1,500 recipients per day (6.7%)
Triggers in the script
Fine
3 of 20 triggers (15%)
Limits are per user and reset 24 hours after the first request. Email quotas carry conditions on Google's page (see source below), so treat the email figure as a ceiling. The selected account allows 100,000 URL fetches and 1,500 email recipients a day.
The limits used
| Limit | Consumer (gmail.com) | Google Workspace |
|---|---|---|
| Script runtime | 6 min / execution | 6 min / execution |
| Triggers total runtime | 1.5 hr / day | 6 hr / day |
| URL Fetch calls | 20,000 / day | 100,000 / day |
| Email recipients per day | 100 / day | 1,500 / day |
| Triggers | 20 / user / script | 20 / user / script |
Source: Google, Apps Script quotas and limits. Last checked 11/10/2026. Google can change these without notice, so confirm on their page before you rely on a number. Quotas are per user and reset 24 hours after the first request. The two email recipient figures carry a footnote on Google's page that we could not retrieve, so Google may apply conditions to email quotas; check the source for the current rules. Trigger runtime is only counted for runs started by triggers.
