Completed tasks pile up in the active Notion board, making it slower to use, but nobody wants to lose the history by deleting them.

Tasks marked complete in Notion can be copied to an archive Google Sheet and removed from the active board the moment they are done, so the board stays focused on open work and the history is kept rather than deleted. Evenops builds this in Apps Script against the Notion API, replacing manual archiving.
