Currency (symbol only, nothing is converted)

Time it for a handful of real ones.

We set no default. Routine, repeat-supplier invoices are the usual candidates.

What your invoices cost to key in

Enter invoices a month, minutes per invoice and an hourly cost to see the breakdown. Everything is worked out in your browser from your numbers.

How this is calculated

Hours a month = (invoices x minutes each + invoices x rework share x extra rework minutes) / 60. Cost = hours x your hourly cost, times 12 for the year. Cost per invoice is that monthly cost divided by your invoice count. The pipeline figure is only the share you type in, applied to those totals. We bake in no benchmarks and no assumed savings, and currency is a label, not a conversion. For how a trustworthy pipeline is built, read the four checks every invoice pipeline needs or the Gmail invoices to Sheets recipe.
